Pet Policy: Max of 2 pets. One time fee of $350 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $15 per pet.  Breed restrictions apply.

PetScreening makes it easy for pet/animal owners to share their animal records with their housing provider, pet groomers, doggy daycares, dog walkers, pet sitters, vets, pet-friendly hotels, and more! Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to final application approval.

  • Cost for a household pet profile: $25 when payable by credit card or $20 when payable by ACH.

  • $0 for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request.

  • $0 for a no-pet/no-animal profile.

  • Below is a list of dog breeds, restricted from the Community. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time and at the Community’s discretion. Renters may not own or otherwise bring, or allow others to bring, the following breeds onto the Community property.

    All discretion regarding permissible pet(s) is held solely by the Community. Only dogs and cats are permitted as pets.

    • Akita

    • Chow-Chow

    • Doberman Pinscher

    • German Shepherd

    • Rottweiler

    • Malamute; Alaskan Malamute

    • Mastiff; Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff

    • Pit Bull; American Pit Bull Terrier; Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog

    Management reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, deny any pet(s) deemed dangerous or potentially dangerous for any reason. Management further reserves the right to request information and documentation (i) verifying pet breed, (ii) verifying proof of pet vaccinations, and (iii) relating to any and all history with respect to a pet’s interactions with people.

    All pets must be under 50 pounds (50lbs.). Two (2) pet maximum allowed per unit. Any necessary reasonable accommodations relating to pet ownership must be communicated at the time renter is going through the PetScreening process. Pet rent, deposits, and other rules such as breed, and weight restrictions do not apply to assistance animals. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabled persons with assistance animals, consistent with the Fair Housing Act.
